As of 1/31/2025:
We are so excited to have all of you celebrating with us in Mexico! We are just 23 short days away!
We have about 40 of our closest friends & family traveling with us and we cannot wait to see everyone. You should have received mail recently reminding you of the outfit themes and the itinerary. As a reminder, we have wedding events Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. There is also a large group golf tee time Saturday @ 11:30am for the guys, while the girls spend time by the pool.

* Friday - 7pm Welcome Dinner | Resort Wear
* Saturday - 11:30am Tee Time, dinner on your own, 7pm Bonfire on Beach | All White Night
* Sunday - 5pm Ceremony & 7-10pm Dinner | Bright Colors

Weekend Itinerary
We have wedding events Friday-Sunday night and fun activities available during the days!
Friday Night:
7pm - Welcome Dinner @ Dolce Terrace
Saturday:
11:30am - Guys Group Golf Tee Time (10:30am: shuttle leaves lobby)
11am - Girls Pool Time
Dinner on your own.
7pm - Bonfire @ Presidential Beach | S’mores & Open Bar
Sunday = Wedding Day!
5pm - Ceremony | Beach
530-6pm - Photos
6pm-7pm - Cocktail Hour | Sands Bar on Beach
7pm-10pm - Dinner & Reception | Mermaid Terrace

Group Communication While in Mexico
We have about 40 friends & family traveling to Mexico! The week of the wedding, Rebecca will make a large group text so we can all easily communicate and the newlyweds can keep you updated of their location and plans throughout the weekend.
Hotel Shuttle
Destify makes it super easy and offers a roundtrip shuttle from the airport to the resort that you can book directly on Destify. Login to view your original booking and you can add the shuttle under ‘Transfers.’ You will also want to add your flight info here so the resort and shuttle know when you are arriving.
Most wedding guests are utilizing this shuttle service.
